Asha's struggle to fulfill her dead husband's dream of giving her son every happiness that they have been deprived of,has probably been bad parenting.A young man with endless dreams like his father,Manav is lacking the gumption to bring these dreams to fruition. The perpetual shade of Asha's aanchal has instilled in Manav a false sense of entitlement,that is obviously out of place against the backdrop of the slums of Mumbai.
