Courtney Hope Turner was born and raised in South Carolina with her three sisters and two brothers. Her passion for acting began at a young age creating home videos with her siblings on their small farm and performing in plays for their local church. Growing up as the third of six children, Courtney adapted a highly competitive attitude and trained in Martial Arts for 14 years earning her black belt, and played on nearly every sports team her school offered, including; tennis, swimming, volleyball, basketball, and soccer. She is also trained in classical ballroom dance. At the age of 17, Courtney was discovered by a friend who connected her with top modeling agency Elite in Atlanta. Her success, including being crowned Miss South Carolina USA in 2011, paid her way through college while she attended the University of South Carolina. While studying, she decided to go full-time in pursuing her dream as an Actress and relocated to Los Angeles.
